The soccer school ‘La Naranja Mecánica’ (the orange machine, the nickname of Dutch soccer in Latin America) organizes activities on the soccer fields in the neighborhoods Carambolas and Bello Oriente and in cooperation with organizations in the city center.
There are 11 soccer teams in different age groups with a total of 240 children. They train and participate as a team in tournaments in the city. The foundation also organizes its own tournament, ‘Construyendo Caminos’ (building paths), for a total of 20 soccer teams.
